Piece of Cake - Concept Planning

As your Wedding Planner our duties include: 

• Unlimited consultations with you via email and text. 
• Two to Three In-Person meetings between clients and planner (approx. 1hr sessions) where we can discuss all aspects of your wedding day.
• Assistance with selecting vendors (eg. florist, photographer, transportation, musicians, DJ, etc.) 
• Assistance with overall décor concept, wedding theme, colours and style.

 

Have your cake (and eat it too!) - Decor PLANNING

• Assistance with overall décor planning including:
• Pulling all décor ideas together
• Assistance with coming up with décor ideas
• Providing an overall décor plan
• Assistance with sourcing décor and rentals.

SEt up & Tear down PLANNING PACKAGES

 

Something borrowed

As your Wedding Planner our duties include: 

Complete set up of Reception site, all decor placement and quality assurance,  Making certain the guest registry/gift/cake/head table is set up with their proper accessories, Centerpieces will be finalized,Tables with linens (table clothes, chair covers and sashes), table placement cards, favour arrangements, and finally a table inspection, insuring good etiquette and flawless form.

Note: based on a typical wedding size of 150 guests; for each additional guest there will be a $5/guest surcharge. This does not include set up items of specialty items such as candy bars, kids tables, bathroom items, or ceremony décor.

 

MR. & MRS.

Day-of coordination package

 

Signed, Sealed, delivered

You will meet with your coordinators prior to the wedding to set up a personalized time line. Your coordinators will attend the rehearsal and on the day of the wedding coordinators will confirm appointments/deliveries etc. attended on time and make sure everything runs smoothly. Your wedding coordinators will make sure vendors (cake, DJ, decorator, florist etc...) arrive on time and are completing their specific tasks. We will also contact them the week before the wedding to confirm your booking. The coordinators will set out items that you have purchased at your ceremony site. Example: Guest book, photos, Easels, rose petals. Your wedding coordinators will be on site for the ceremony to ensure it runs smoothly. To confirm ushers are aware of their responsibilities (each guest is receiving a program and shown to their seats – along with important family members given boutonnieres and seated in the designated family areas.) 

We will make certain your family and wedding party is ready to make their processional entrance. We will stand by to cue each of your friends and family. Once the music cues the Bride we will send you on to your waiting fiancé! After the ceremony we will transfer the guest book and decorations to the reception site. 

Between the ceremony and reception your wedding coordinators will assure all decor placement and quality assurance at the reception site, making certain the guest registry/gift/cake/head table is set up with their proper accessories. A table inspection will be done to ensure centerpieces are finalized, tables with linens (table clothes, chair covers and sashes), table placement cards, favour arrangements, insuring good etiquette and flawless form. During the reception the coordinator will take care of any problems that arise and will be in communication with the venue staff. There, we will direct any deliveries by vendors (floral, cake designer, music and the arrival of other important vendors.) During the evening we will handle guest management, any questions or concerns.

 

KISS

Complete inspection of Reception site - all decor placement and quality assurance, making certain the guest registry/gift/cake/head table is set up with their proper accessories. A table inspection will be done to ensure centerpieces will be finalized, tables with linens (table clothes, chair covers and sashes), table placement cards, favour arrangements, insuring good etiquette and flawless form. Your wedding coordinators will make sure vendors (cake, DJ, decorator, florist etc...) arrive on time and are completing their specific tasks.
